Big Squat Program

This 3 day per week, 7 month long cycle includes high volume conditioning for the joints and tendons, strength building through classic ranges and individual taper and tests for the front and back squat. This length and difficulty of this program will help you reach maximal heights while keeping injury risk low for massive, lifetime strength. This program pairs perfectly with any of our standalone weightlifting programs and can also be run as a supplement to your gym’s or any other programming.
