6 Month Full Program

3 days per week with 2 optional accessory days. Strength work included! This is the community program for 2019.                                                           

Big Squat Program

3 days per week of front and back squats lasting 7 months. Perfect accompaniment to any of our programs or as a strength supplement to your gym’s programming.

Odd Squat Program

3 Days per week of Overhead, Split Squats and Hip Thrusts spread across 3 months. Perfect follow-up to our Big Squat program or go-to program when your progress stalls.
